For the most recent happenings at school read on…..

Term 2, 2011 is now well underway! We are all starting to think about our upcoming ski camp and praying for snow! This year we will be staying up the mountain at the Whakapapa Scout Lodge. Ski lessons and lift passes are all booked. We will also be visiting the Waiouru War memorial Museum and the site of the Tangiwai disaster. We will be heading for the mountain on the 8th of August.

Mrs Synge is keeping in touch as she enjoys a much deserved break. She has been keeping us up to date with her travels around the globe via the internet and facebook. We look forward to her return and the many stories she will have to share at the beginning of Term 3

Harold from the Life Education Trust is to pay our school a visit this term. Nicki and Harold always provide wonderful programmes with a focus on health, self esteem, and personal well-being. Looking forward to seeing you again Harold – it’s been a while!

A group of senior students recently attended an action packed open day at Castle Rock! Thanks for great day. Activities included rock climbing, abseiling, archery and the giant flying fox!Climbing @ Castle Rock
